Branch History The first library was located in the home of a West Richland resident in April 1957. From Dec 1963 until Dec 1966 the branch moved into the vacated "Little Chick Cafe". There was only bookmobile service from 1966 - 1978. Library serviced resumed in 1978. A brand new building opened in October 1996 within the Civic Center Campus where the current city hall and police departments are located. 2007 Circulation Collection Size |
