Full-Time positions: Finance & Business Director

►Finance & Business Director 

Mid-Columbia Libraries (MCL) is seeking a Finance & Business Director to direct the accounting, purchasing, payroll, delivery, and facility management functions of MCL and develop and oversee the district budget.  The Finance & Business Director serves as member of the Executive Team and provides leadership and advice on policy decisions inclusive of union contract administration and negotiations.

Successful candidates will have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline and at least 5 years experience in a similar work position, with a minimum of 3 years experience in public sector finance or accounting.  Public sector experience with budgets, taxation, vendor relations, contract negotiations, a working knowledge of governing statutes and proficiency in MAS-90 accounting software highly desirable.

Salary: $57,276 - $75,384
